Your MD will confirm which tests are needed for your care. Testing may include:
Hormone testing
Testosterone, estradiol, progesterone, luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), and DHEA-S.
Sex hormone-binding globulin
SHBG.
Thyroid testing
Thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), with free T3 and free T4 as ordered by your MD.
Cortisol
Morning (AM) collection preferred. Follow your lab's collection instructions.

Lipid panel
Cholesterol and triglycerides.
Labs are not included in the $100 assessment. Share results completed within the last 90 days through your clinical intake. Your MD will determine whether they can be used and whether any tests need to be added or repeated.

What's the difference between the $270 visit and the $100 Provider Assessment?
The $270 visit includes your full HRT lab panel plus a visit with an MD to review your results. The $100 HRT Provider Assessment is a visit with an MD only. Labs are not included, so it's meant for people who already have results from the past 90 days.
Can I use labs I already have?
Yes. If you have labs from the past 90 days, the $100 Provider Assessment is a good fit. You'll share your results during intake, and your MD will tell you if anything else is needed. If you don't have recent labs, choose the $270 visit, which includes your full HRT lab panel.
Will I be prescribed hormones?
Only if it's right for you. Your MD reviews your symptoms, history and lab results, then recommends options, including prescription treatment when clinically appropriate. Not everyone is a candidate.
